Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Deep Commercial Cleaning.
  • "Client", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual, company, or organization using our website or services.
  • "Services" refers to the commercial cleaning services offered by Deep Commercial Cleaning.

2. Services

  • We provide professional cleaning services for commercial premises as described on our website.
  • Services are subject to availability and may be modified or updated at any time without notice.
  • All bookings are subject to confirmation and may be rescheduled in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are based on the information given by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions.
  • GST is included in all pricing unless otherwise specified.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or through our website.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  • A cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Payment Terms

  • 30% payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 70% due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as approved.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Access and Site Requirements

  • The client must ensure clear and safe access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  • Any delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
  • We are not liable for any failure to perform services caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., power outage, construction, etc.).

7. Liability and Insurance

  • We hold Public Liability Insurance to cover damages caused by our staff during cleaning.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or hidden issues not visible during inspection.
  • All staff are trained and vetted for safety and professionalism.

8. Customer Satisfaction and Claims

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, you must report it within 24 hours of completion for a re-clean or resolution.
  • Claims made after 24 hours may not be considered.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Deep Commercial Cleaning.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of  Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
